What we collect

When you join through our signup form, we collect the mobile number, name, and email address you provide, the signup source, date and time, your consent history, and messages exchanged with the Pop Ups number. Delivery records may include carrier status and error codes.

How we use it

We use this information to send event alerts, provide Partiful RSVP links and location information, respond to questions, honor opt-outs, prevent duplicate sends, and operate and secure the service.

SMS program disclosures

Black Hills EDM Pop Ups by Leviticus Flux sends recurring automated event-alert text messages, including same-day announcements. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.

Who handles it

Our hosting and messaging providers process data only as needed to run the service. SMS delivery is provided by Twilio and mobile carriers. An event RSVP opens Partiful and is then governed by Partiful’s own privacy practices.

No sale or marketing disclosure

We do not sell or rent your personal information. Mobile information, including mobile numbers, opt-in data, and consent, is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Your choices

Reply STOP to end messages. Reply START to rejoin or HELP for help. You may request access or deletion by texting the Pop Ups number; consent records may be retained when necessary to document compliance and honor opt-outs.

Email updates

Signing up for popups also adds your email address to my email list for events and new videos. You can join the email list on its own through the email signup page, without providing a phone number or opting in to SMS.

Use the unsubscribe link in an email to stop email updates. Email and SMS subscriptions are separate: unsubscribing from email does not stop popup texts, and replying STOP to SMS does not unsubscribe you from email.
