SMS terms

Effective September 4, 2026

Email updates section added October 15, 2026.

Program description

Black Hills EDM Pop Ups is an event-alert program by Leviticus Flux. It sends recurring text messages about rotating DJs, changing locations, RSVP links, schedule changes, and occasional direct replies. Events may be announced on the same day.

Consent and frequency

By entering your mobile number, actively checking the separate SMS consent box, and submitting the signup form, you consent to receive recurring automated promotional event-alert texts from Black Hills EDM Pop Ups by Leviticus Flux at the mobile number provided. You may also opt in by texting START to the Pop Ups number. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan. Leviticus Flux does not charge a separate subscription fee for the SMS program.

Opt out and help

Reply STOP to opt out. You may receive one final confirmation text. Reply START to rejoin. Reply HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Events and RSVP

Alerts may link to a Partiful event page for RSVP and final location details. An alert or RSVP is not a guarantee of admission, capacity, schedule, lineup, or event availability. Follow posted venue rules and local law.

Changes

We may update these terms or end the program. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date.

Email updates

Signing up for popups also adds your email address to my email list for events and new videos. You can join the email list on its own through the email signup page, without providing a phone number or opting in to SMS.

Use the unsubscribe link in an email to stop email updates. Email and SMS subscriptions are separate: unsubscribing from email does not stop popup texts, and replying STOP to SMS does not unsubscribe you from email.
